Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our forward thinking, friendly head office team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

The role will be fast paced so we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual who enjoys working in a team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be competent in recording data and have the ability to pay close attention to detail. You will become a key support member of the head office team and we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with others and working together to deliver positive solutions.

Regional Manager

Based in Chelmsford, Essex

The role
To further build on their presence in the South, they are looking for someone to join the Chelmsford office. The person who will fit this role will have a strong desire to take a leading part in developing the company and moving it into its next phase. Demonstrating a level of business development and client management both regionally and nationwide whilst working with their counterpart in the South Yorkshire office. Continuing their excellent service is a priority whilst developing new client relationships. Being a team player is essential to ensure that a seamless service is provided, checking plans will form part of the role as well as attending client and design meetings. Assisting with succession planning for the office and identifying career progression.

Senior Building Control Surveyor

Based in Chelmsford, Essex and Barnsley, South Yorkshire

The role
To work with the existing team and Regional Manager (not yet in post in the Chelmsford office) to further develop their presence in the respective regions. The person will have good experience in commercial projects. Plan checking and associated information to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations. Attend client and design meetings. Review technical reports. Generate quotations and negotiate a scope of work with the client. Maintain excellent internal and external relationships with staff supporting when required.
