We were brought in retrospectively after the project had completed. The entire roof had been condemned basically due to health and safety issues following our investigations/recommendations. The defect photo shows the decking track is sat on pedestal supports, however, in places the track is in two pieces and the joint is not sitting on supports meaning the decking is unsafe to use, and has excessive movement.
