This £24m development, more commonly known as the ‘engineers

triangle’ just outside of York saw the transformation of the Rail

Operations Centre meaning it now controls all rail operations on the

east coast lines. They also constructed a new Training Facility which

provides affective modern training services to all existing and

potential Network Rail staff.
