Hickton provided Building, Mechanical and Electrical Clerk of Works
services on Phase 2D of the Palace Green Library refurbishment. Our Clerk of Works inspected the new internal library space which was created by enclosing the courtyard of the building. Now complete the Library provided new reading and studying areas with a refreshing outlet.
