Having the opportunity to provide third-party independent inspection on behalf of new and existing clients is important to us, so when the opportunity arose to inspect the quality of the new Aldi superstore which is being built on the £150m urban village development at Bolton Woods, West Yorkshire, we were happy to provide our build expertise to our client Canal Road Urban Village Limited and in association with Projects Managers Gardiner & Theobald LLP and Chesterfield based Development Managers and Property Developers Urbo Regeneration Limited.
The Aldi superstore scheme includes a new 1,700 square metre single-storey food store with associated parking and will be the second major retail occupier to be announced for the New Bolton Woods project, following Costa Coffee signing up last year for a new drive-through unit on the scheme.

Our Building Clerks of Works is currently inspecting the erection of the supermarket’s outer shell and we are delighted to be working on-site for this exciting new development in Bradford.”
