We are excited to be growing our Retail offering across the UK by providing Clerk of Works services for Costa Coffee’s latest Drive-Thru developments in South Yorkshire.
Our sister company, BRCS Building Control Ltd, have provided Building Control services to successfully develop over 180 Drive Thru units, on behalf of Costa Coffee, and we are now pleased to be providing our Quality Site Inspection services for two of their latest stores.
Leading land and property regeneration company Harworth Group plc (“Harworth”) have appointed us to provide Quality Site Inspections for the development of the new Costa Coffee Drive-Thrus, located in Rotherham and Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Working closely with our client, we will be providing on-site Building and M&E Clerk of Works services for the construction of the two units, to ensure that they are built and delivered to high-quality standards in accordance with the quality document requirements.
The Rotherham store, located on Poplar Way – close to world-renowned Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) which is being master developed by Harworth – will occupy a bespoke 1,800 sq ft shell building, with a drive thru lane and access to 36 car parking spaces. The frontage will be glazed and cladded with materials to be reflective of the buildings in the surrounding area. The build is expected to be completed in November.
Riverdale Park’s Costa Coffee unit has been primarily positioned at the entrance of Harworth’s 112-acre Riverdale Park development, sitting alongside 600 new homes and 200,000 sq ft of commercial space which is to be developed over the next six to eight years. The store will be completed – with its signature drive-thru lane and 35 parking spaces – in early October.
