Our M&E Clerk of Work identified this crushed underfloor heating pipe which posed a threat to reduced efficiency and failure of the underfloor heating system. In the long-term, the pipe could have fractured once covered and under pressure causing leaks, rising moisture, damage to the flooring and the inconvenience of repair works – aside from the associated costs!
