Our M&E Clerk of Works identified this crushed underfloor heating pipe, which poses a significant threat to the efficiency and reliability of the underfloor heating system. In the long term, the pipe could fracture once covered and under pressure, leading to leaks, rising moisture levels, and damage to the flooring. This situation not only results in the inconvenience of repair works but also incurs substantial associated costs. Addressing such issues promptly is essential to maintain system performance and prevent further complications down the line.
