Leith Fort is a mixed-tenure residential development located just north of Edinburgh city centre, has recently won two prestigious awards. Firstly, presented with an award by the Edinburgh Architectural Association on Thursday the 24th of May was immediately followed up the very next day winning the ‘Large Affordable Housing Development pf the Year’ award.
We provided Building Clerk of Works services on this affordable housing scheme which consists of 94 new homes constructed on the site of the historic 18th century Leith Fort on behalf of our long existing client The City of Edinburgh Council.
