We have the pleasure to announce that eight of our projects are shortlisted for the RICS Awards 2017. Each of these eight projects were delivered and constructed to the highest of standards by our Clerk of Works and we are very proud to reach this stage.
The Centre for Medicine, University of Leicester is shortlisted for Design through Innovation Category at RICS Awards East Midlands. We provided building site inspection services throughout the duration of the project.
Heron Hall Academy is shortlisted for the Building Conservation Category at RICS Awards in London. Our appointment was with Turner & Townsend to provide Building and M&E Clerk of Works services.
The Mailings Newcastle is shortlisted for Regeneration Category – appointed by Buro Four, and The Commissioners Quay Inn Blyth shortlisted for the Tourism and Leisure Category, both for the RICS Awards North-East.
UTC@Harbourside Newhaven is shortlisted for two categories at RICS Awards South-East, Design through Innovation Category and the Regeneration Category.
University Technical College Leeds is shortlisted for the Building Conservation Category, Charles Street Sheffield for the Regeneration Category and 3 Sovereign Square Leeds for the Commercial Category all at RICS Awards Yorkshire and Humber.
These awards showcase the most inspirational regional initiatives and developments in; land, property, construction and the environment. These are exciting times for everyone involved and we wish all the teams the very best of luck at the award ceremonies which take place later this year.
