The £34m Hudson House was a former 1960’s office building of 130,000sqft, developed by the Railway Board. The two acre development on the site of the former Hudson House includes:

  • 127 Apartments
  • 34,500 sq ft of Office Space
  • 5,000 sq ft of Commercial Use
  • Carparking
  • Landscaping

The scheme features four new buildings, arranged around a central courtyard space which provides private amenity space for the development’s residents. The proposals also included a new pedestrian route through the site, which creates a new connection between the main rail station and local residents/businesses. The site is located in the setting of the City Walls which are Scheduled Ancient Monument and Grade 1 listed building.
