Managing Water Ingress During Multi-Storey Fit-Out

Water ingress was observed on the ground floor of a six-storey building. Due to programme constraints, the contractor began internal fit-out works (with walls already plastered) before roofing or cladding had been completed. Despite the contractor’s best efforts, water still penetrated the structure.
