Congratulations to the project team ( Wates Construction, Ryder Architecture, Select Property, 3e Consulting Engineers Ltd, Cundall, Axiom) who successfully worked on the Strawberry Place, Newcastle upon Tyne project, winner of the ‘Best High-Volume New Housing Development’ at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2018.
Working with Select Property, we provided Clerk of Works services for this Vita Student project in Newcastle, in addition to other Vita Student villages in Leeds, Birmingham, Southampton, York and Glasgow.
