Resource Manager
My work background:
I have over five years’ experience working in the recruitment sector. In a previous role, I worked as Recruitment Branch Contracts Manager/Multi-Site Contracts Manager. Most recently, I was employed as Railways Repairs and Upgrades Manager for six months, before returning to Hickton as Resource Manager.
I have also worked as a Finance Officer for 8 years at Doncaster M.B.C and a Key Account Underwriter for a year at Close Brothers.
About my role:
As the resource Manager working for Hickton Group, I am responsible for the allocation of Clerks of Works to projects. It is my responsibility to ensure I allocate the correct Clerks of Works with the appropriate and relevant skill set and experience for the project and client.
This is a very enjoyable but demanding role and each day presents itself with new challenges and successes.
I enjoy building successful and longstanding relationships both internally and externally.
About me:
I am a father of two, Assistant Football Manager of my sons under 9’s football team and kids football referee. In the very little spare time I have, I also play 5 aside league football.
When I am not doing something football related you will either find me at the seaside or enjoying a Sunday pub carvery with my Partner and Kids.
