Project: Audley Clevedon

Client: Quartz Project Services

Value: £3M

The village is home to 90 luxury apartments, each of which are individually owned by the occupant. During our time on site it was important our Clerks of Works not only understood our clients needs, but also the needs of the individuals who would occupy the homes, so we could ensure the apartments were built with their future in mind and with flexibility built in.

A high quality finish was at the top of our clients requirements to enable them to offer the ‘Audley Club’ to all in the village, this includes a luxury health club, a hair salon, swimming pool, library and a fine dining restaurant.

Audley Retirement held their annual Conference and Awards in January 2018 and particular congratulations went to Audley Clevedon, who were awarded ‘Village of the Year’.
