Project Description:

Project Gemma was a five-storey clinical research facility development including a basement and rooftop plant for the University of Cambridge. Each floor of the development had a different purpose meaning our Clerks of Works had to be diligent with their inspections and prior to staring on-site gained a full and robust understanding of the project.
