Project Description:
Working with City of Edinburgh Council we were appointed to inspect and report on several housing development projects throughout Scotland including the Leith Fort development which is affordable housing in Edinburgh. Our Site Inspectors were appointed to inspect and report on several housing development projects throughout Scotland.
Leith Fort is a mixed-tenure residential development located just north of Edinburgh city centre and it has recently won two prestigious awards. On Thursday 24/05, the Edinburgh Architectural Association granted the 94-home development an award and so did Homes for Scotland the very next day after winning the Large Affordable Housing Development of the Year award. Leith Fort was constructed on behalf of Port of Leith Housing Association and City of Edinburgh Council.
