Project Description:

We have provided Quality Inspections for two phases of the 21st Century Homes ambitious plan to regenerate strategic areas of Edinburgh and provide modern housing for local communities. We are the sole Clerk of Works services provider on this framework agreement with the City of Edinburgh Council, overseeing a series of projects which will see 1300 new homes built over 10 years. Phase 1 provided a mix of three and four-storey apartments alongside housing, using modern sustainable timber frame construction. We have built up a strong working relationship and are currently working on a further 7 housing projects with the Council with many more in the pipeline.
