Project Description:

We have worked on numerous sites for Johnnie Johnson Housing including Britannia Mills Mirfield, Heritage and Citadel Stockport, New Mills Derbyshire, Bramley Rotherham, Danum St Giles in Doncaster, Cliffe Bank Rotherham, The Oval Dewsbury and Holly Bank at Huddersfield. All were new build housing sites involving traditional building methods of houses and apartments. Some involved disabled-ready specifications, some involved Secure by Design and all were required to be of a high standard of build. On a number of these sites, we have been asked to also monitor the 12 months defects inspections as a follow-on to our excellent work previously.
