Mascot Management, Sheffield-based construction consultants providing a wide range of professional management and advisory services predominately in the Yorkshire region, have sought our services to provide Clerk of Works services for the Leeds Skelton Lake Services – a new concept Motorway Service Area on the M1 motorway at junction 45, situated to the East of Leeds.
We are employed by Extra MSA Group to oversee the quality of the building and M&E aspects of Leeds Skelton Lakes Services, a three phased £60m development.

Once complete later this year, Leeds Skelton Lake Services will enhance the safety of the motorway network, whilst providing an attractive place to take a break from a journey.
