Long-standing client, Faithful and Gould, appointed us to provide Building and M&E Clerks of Works services for a £6m Secondary School re-development project based in Birstall, on behalf of main Contractor Interserve who are working with The Department for Education.
Phase one of the project began in July 2019 and saw the design and development work of a new secondary education science block and refurbishment of the existing Stonehill Building. During phase two, the three existing blocks were demolished, and another building will be extended and upgraded.
Our Clerks of Works provided quality site inspections for the project developments, which include the Sports Hall, Food Technology, IT and Music rooms. The Science block will be benefitting from new external cladding and windows.
