Working with award-winning leisure, property development and lettings, The Parklane Group to provide independent quality site inspections on several contemporary Roomzzz Aparthotels across the country is something which we are pleased to acknowledge as we continue to grow both our student and hotel project portfolios.
Our first appointment began in 2017 with the Leeds based student accommodation and leisure group, which saw us providing a two-day audit of the building construction standard towards the latter stages of the Roomzzz Stratford London hotel. Following the successful delivery of these initial inspections, led to the appointment of our Clerks of Works services onto two further new hotels – Roomzzz Aparthotel Newcastle and Roomzzz Aparthotel York in addition to the new IconInc student accommodation in Lincoln.
Our Building Site Inspectors worked tenaciously on site at the Roomzzz Newcastle Extension to – a Grade 2 listed building with individually styled, spacious serviced apartments which has since won the 2019 Boutique Hotel Guest Experience award for the Best UK Hoteland Roomzzz York which features 97 luxury apartments over four-storeys, giving guests the comfort of a boutique hotel with the convenience of a serviced apartment in a unique waterfront location in the heart of York City Centre.
