Having first started working with Robinson Low Francis – an independent cost and property consultants almost 10 years ago, we are thrilled to be working closely together with them on two new exciting developments in the South of England and London.
This follows on from the recently completed Adur Civic Centre in Shoreham-by-Sea, our Quality Site Inspector was the ‘eyes and ears’ on the site to oversee quality workmanship and standard delivery. Funded by Adur District Council, this scheme helped achieve part of the council’s quality new office accommodation programme.

We are currently on site at The Beehive, Croydon as the appointed quality site inspectors providing Building Clerks of Works services. This project consists of the construction of 2 two-storey apartment blocks of 22 flats with a mix of 2 and 3 bedrooms. Located at the rear of The Beehive Public House the works include associated parking, cycle and refuse storage and amenity space, all of which are scheduled to be completed by mid-2020.
