Shaping the future of Building Control

Our sister company, BRCS, has an opportunity for you to join one of the first three companies in the UK granted a licence to undertake the Building Control role for commercial projects.

Regional Manager (South), Chelmsford office

They are looking for an innovative Regional Manager to join their Chelmsford team in a senior management position to build on their presence in the South. You will have a strong desire to take a leading role in developing their company to their next phase. Collaborating with the team in the North, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, attending client and design meetings, plan checking and managing a team of Building Control Surveyors. Therefore an exceptional attention to detail is required and the ability to generate quotations and negotiate a scope of work with clients to the highest level of professionalism.

Senior Building Control Surveyors, Chelmsford and Barnsley offices

They are looking to recruit Senior Building Control Surveyors to join existing North and South teams. You will be responsible for strengthening their presence, be highly-experienced with dealing with commercial projects, carrying out site inspections and checking plans and associated documentation for compliance with the Building Regulations. You will also attend both client and design meetings.

  • Ideally you will be qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in Building Control/Building Surveying
  • You will be a Chartered Member of RICS/CABE
