Having a team of highly motivated individuals is crucial to the success of any business and we believe in the value that each person brings to our company.
As an equal opportunities employer, we offer our staff a wide range of benefits which include:
We are a company that believes in collaboration and the self-development of our staff. We believe our success comes from encouraging people to succeed and in sharing their experiences we are able to learn and grow. We also understand that supporting a healthy work-life balance is valuable to the production of our work.
We promote a healthy office environment and provide everything necessary to help you do a good job. Support is on hand when you need it with our ‘open door’ policy. We foster an environment that encourages the sharing of all ideas and will make time to listen.
It’s not all work and no play, we have after-work get-togethers, raise money for various charities from different events, and try our best to accommodate the most elaborate of ideas.
With thirty years’ experience in this industry, we can say with confidence that when you join us you will experience a company that will support you throughout your time on site, encourage you in your own development, work hard to secure work for you and provide you with technical back-up and advice.
On appointment, we will thoroughly induct you and provide you with the necessary information you need to get you going. We pride ourselves on fair treatment and ensure that you get paid the same time each month. We offer competitive rates and flexible working to suit your individual requirements.
To support the communication between our Quality Site Inspectors, Clerks of Works and NEC Supervisors we have provided an online forum which allows you to share your knowledge and ask advice from each other. This is one of many benefits that you will experience and utilise when you join our team.
We encourage all of our site staff to build long-standing careers with us and 60% of our site staff have been with us for over two years and four Quality Site Inspectors have been with us for 20 years.
We support the work carried out by the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain Inc. (ICWCI) and would encourage any non-member to join them. Please visit their website www.icwci.org to find out more.
As a Group, we invest in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the aim of providing a sustainable and ethical company that positively impacts our stakeholders and our employees. We appreciate the importance of investing in the well-being of our employees and encourage them to participate in company and community activities as part of their employment with us.
We have a CSR strategy which can be viewed here and a copy of our Volunteering Policy viewed here and is based around four pillars below. In addition, we have appointed CSR Ambassadors who implement and manage our group activity for maximum impact.
