The Stonebridge Park regeneration project achieved a comprehensive restoration of the estate through demolition, refurbishment and new build homes. The development also saw improvements to road infrastructure and enhanced green space.

We have worked on numerous sites for Johnnie Johnson Housing, including, Britannia Mills Mirfield, Heritage and Citadel Stockport, New Mills Derbyshire, Bramley Rotherham, Danum St Giles in Doncaster, Cliffe Bank Rotherham, The Oval Dewsbury and Holly Bank at Huddersfield. All were new build housing sites involving traditional building methods of houses and apartments. Some involve disabled-ready specifications, some involve Secure by Design and all are required to be of a high standard of build. On a number of these sites we have been asked to also monitor the 12 months defects inspections as a follow-on to our excellent work previously.


Waverley Project

Waverley Chambers is a historical Grade II Listed building in Huddersfield which has recently been converted and refurbished into 6 one bedroomed apartments located over 3 floors. Each apartment comprises an open plan Living /kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower facilities.


Project:  Battersea Power Station Phase 1

The Battersea Power station regeneration site, which sits along the River Thames, is being transformed from an industrial unit into to a modern and vibrant mixed development and one of the world’s leading destinations. Appointed by Turner Townsend, we provided a team of site inspectors to oversee the quality provision of the accommodation which formed part of phase 1 of development inspecting and reporting on all areas of construction.

Project: Hackney Homes Planned Maintenance

Client: Mace

We worked alongside Mace on the planned maintenance scheme where we carried out a wide range of works to maintain the housing stock to a decent standard. We ensured they comply with legal and safety regulations and to protect and prevent deterioration of buildings and the services provided within them. Works include reactive, cyclical and planned programmes.
