Project: Telferscot Primary School

We provided Quality Site Inspection services for a 12 month period on this expansion of an existing primary school in a conservation area from 1 Form of Entry to 2 Form of Entry. This included the provision of a new building with classrooms, nursery, dining hall and support facilities within in and the demolition and replacement of a pre-existing community hall next to the school.


Dunraven Primary School

Project: Dunraven Primary School

Client: Mace

We provided Building Clerk of Works services across both phases of this project. Phase 1 involved the provision of temporary (modular) reception, classrooms and an admin block while demolition works took place in the existing school blocks. Phase 2 saw a major strip out and refurbishment / upgrade off all classrooms and equipment creating a new state of the art Primary School.

NAS Thames Valley Free School

Project: NAS Thames Valley Free School

Client: Mace

This free school was specially designed and constructed for children with special needs and learning difficulties. Each classroom has an additional smaller scale classroom inside designed for children who are unable to work and learn in the overwhelming normal classroom environment. Our Clerk of Works also oversaw the construction and installation of calming pods which were designed and installed to help reduce light and noise for the children.


Rosewood Free School

Project: Rosewood Free School

This £3m investment enabled Rosewood Free School to create a brand new SEN School and helped towards the refurbishment of some existing outdoor sports areas.


Project: Park Spring Primary School, Leeds

Client: Clugston Construction Limited

Awarded as part of the Yorbuild 2 Framework, we were appointed as Building Clerk of Works to this project, compromising of the installation of 3 double modular classrooms. The scheme was an operational school that had to remain open during construction and therefore disruption to learning had to be avoided.
