Consultant for the £500m PAGABO framework

We are pleased to confirm that we have been awarded lot 9 of PAGABO’s Professional Services Framework, allowing us to provide Site Supervisor/Clerks of Works services.

In order to be considered for the framework, we had to prove strong finances and relevant experience, along with sharing our passion for social value and technology, and selection was done through a rigorous OJEU compliant tendering process.

Since its inception in April 2016, the first generation of the framework has significantly grown, enabling close to 700 projects and is on target to reach its upper limit of £200m, with over £141m of social value enabled. We have been fortunate to have already worked on Pagabo jobs on behalf of a wide consortium team.

The second generation of the Professional Services framework, which will become active from April 2020, will run over a 4-year period and covers projects of up to £500m. Several new lots have been introduced into this generation, including heritage, town & master planning and fire engineering.

Mobilisation sessions are taking place throughout the country for providers who have been appointed for the Professional Services Framework. The first of the sessions was held in early February and attended by our operations manager. Simon Toplass, CEO at Pagabo, welcomed providers to the framework and provided an overview of the Professional Service framework.

“We are overjoyed to be named as a specialist consultant in the framework and look forward to providing a professional Clerks of Works service on a great variety of projects.”

Operations Manager, Jonathan King
