Project Management company, Quartz Project Services have recently appointed us to provide Quality Site Inspections for the development of two new Audley Retirement Villages; Sunningdale Park and Cobham.
The sites based at Berkshire and Surrey have been granted planning permission for the build of two luxury retirement schemes, presenting a private health club, library and restaurant at each site.
Berkshire’s £43m development, Sunningdale Park is set within listed parkland and is centred around a Grade II listed building, Northcote House Sunningdale, which is undergoing renovation alongside a separate new build project comprising several newbuild homes and apartments, forming Sunningdale Park.
Cobham, Surrey, will see the build of the new Audley Fairmile, comprising 74 two-bed living apartments within attractive landscaped grounds and in close proximity to the town centre. Communal areas include a main reception, bar and bistro, lounge and library, plus treatment rooms, gym, a pool and relaxation room.
“I conduct visits to each project to report on the development and ensure that any defects that may arise are rectified at the earliest possible stage. The projects are in the initial stages of development, foundations and concrete pours have started at both sites, and work is due to start shortly at Northcote House Sunningdale.”

Prior to our latest appointment, we have provided Clerk of Works services for nine retirement villages for Audley Group, including the picturesque projects located at Stanbridge Earl, St Elphins Park and Clevedon.
