Morley House is being redeveloped by The Crown Estate to provide 44 new apartments, as well as retail units on the ground and lower floors. In keeping with Regent Street’s reputation for blending heritage with quality, the Grade II-listed building will provide outstanding residential and retail space. A short walk from Oxford Circus Underground Station, the apartment spaces include two penthouse duplex units and apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, accommodating various residents’ lifestyles.
This year sees the 200th anniversary of the naming of Regent Street, the elegant backbone of London’s West End. As it moves towards its third century as one of the world’s great shopping destinations, Morley House is part of the street’s continual evolution, its design taking inspiration from the past whilst always innovating and looking to the future.

Having commenced Building inspections in Autumn 2018 and M&E inspections Spring 2019, works are scheduled to complete in the Summer of 2020. This £36m redevelopment has already been shortlisted for the BREEAM Awards 2019 for the Home Design award.
