The Borough of Guildford felt it was time to redevelop its current facilities to bring it in line with modern day expectations and is costing in the region of £9.5-£10m.
Work has commenced on site and will carry on through to the late summer of 2019 and will include, a new chapel, improved parking facilities and a new Garden of Remembrance. Our involvement will provide both Building and M&E services to oversee the quality of the redevelopment providing our client with regular Quality Site Inspections.
