We are delighted to be selected to provide quality site inspection services on this new and outstanding urban development in the heart of Leeds. The development is a mix of office, residential, retail and leisure space with a multi-storey car park to service it. Wellington Place has been chosen as the home for a brand new government hub that will house HMRC and NHS Digital on a 25 year lease and handover is planned late 2019.
The entire development is part of a masterplan and will be one of the largest city-based business quarters in Europe servicing approximately 13,000 employees.
Appointed directly by MEPC— the developers and asset managers for Wellington Place, our involvement will be on buildings 3, 7 and 8 and will include one 7 storey and two 8 storey office buildings with a combined internal area of 46,642 m2 and underground carpark.
