We are also fortunate to work with a varied public and private sector client base and are delighted to be working with CPC Project Services, a programme and project management consultancy that provides consultancy services for construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.
We were appointed by them to provide Building Clerk of Works services to oversee the construction of the Phase 2 of the Campus Development at Hunslet Leeds College of Building.
The brand-new campus which will complete towards the end of 2018 and will comprise of a four-storey 5,200 m2 contemporary building with a range of classrooms, workshops and an impressive central atrium which sits alongside the College’s existing South Bank campus, between Cudbear Street and Black Bull Street. A large proportion of the Leeds College of Building’s 7,000 students will attend the two South Bank sites, with the remainder using the College’s North Street campus.
